Depict Me

2018, video, 07:50 minutes 'Depict Me' is a compilation of moving portraits, considering censorship and power negations between artist and subject. The subjects are directed and questioned as to them how they wish to be depicted in a work of art. Through editing, the subjects' descriptions of their depictions are censored. However, by way of considered editing of clips and audio, the essences of who they are is revealed through their individualisms and gesticulations.
